Belarusian Ice Hockey Association was first approached by the Pointstreak company two years ago and though their offer was quite interesting, we didn't start our cooperation at that very moment. The reason was that the BIHA has already had a statistical system of its own.

During the 2007/2008 season we've realized we lack support from of our web-specialists, and it was a good time to reconsider the Pointstreak offer.

The company has offered us very good conditions on our first year agreement. Surely, both parties understood, that it was going to be a piece of hard work as it was the first ever Pointstreak's project in Cyrillic.

We've had quite a lot of experience with different statistical systems. Two unquestionable advantages of Pointstreak system are its simplicity and the 24-hour support that you get from the company, meaning that there are always people to help you and guide you, whenever you have an issue.

Another benefit is that you have the most detailed and profound stats on your league's teams and players that you may need.

So it is quite predictable that the Belarusian Ice Hockey Association has continued to use Pointstreak Stats System for the new season, both for the national championship and for all the international tournaments that take place in Belarus.

We now are working continuously on issues that occur due to differences in European and American Game Sheets and so on, but we are positive about getting a perfect mechanism for calculating and saving stats for our fans.
