Validation Results for Visiting/Home Team
INFO: 10 batters found
This is NOT an error message. When you validate the game data and the pitcher is not hitting it will still include him in the batter count to validate the statistics.
WARN: Player in the 10 spot has position Pitcher. If this pitcher is not batting, please move the player to the 11 spot, leaving the 10 spot blank.

ERROR(E06): (Pos) Position is omitted from the lineup.
Two things this can be. The first is you had a player pinch hit in the offensive side of the inning and nobody is listed as coming into the field. The other is the position was not entered beside the player when they entered the game. To correct this beside the player name who is covering that position at that time click on the position box and select the desired position. If it is a pinch hitter now coming into field, in line below where he was substituted as a pinch hitter/runner select the position box and this error message will disappear.

ERROR(E15): Batter 11, Sub 0 - Player entered into the lineup without an Inning.
INFO: 3 innings scored.
This error can say batter 1-11 etc, and sub 1,2 etc depending on when they came into the game. The issue is that there is no inning recorded for when the y came into the game. To fix this you need to select the inning in the inning box in that spot in the lineup beside their position.
ERROR(E22): Batter 11, Sub 2 - Sub out of order.
This is denoting that the substitutions are out of order. This typically happens when multiple pitchers enter the game in one inning. To fix this you need to right click on the players in the lineup and select substitution details. From here you need to edit the batter count. Batter count refers to the number of at bats completed in that inning before they entered the game.
ERROR(E28): Atbat row-8, column-4: Base 3 comment details out of order. This can cause issues with SB and LOB stats.
A base comment consists of two parts. The first part is the actual comment itself ( the jersey number of the player that hit the single, WP for wild pitch, etc). The second part is the information that places the comment in a specific point in the game.
This error is saying that for one reason or another, the base comments for this batter are out of order. This means at least one of the comments need to be fixed
To do so, first find the at bat where the error occurred. For example, row 8, column 4 would be the 8 row down from the top and 4 columns to from the left.
Then you will want to check each of the base comments to make sure the batter count is correct.
Please click on the base comment. A grey box should appear to the right of the comment. Click the grey box and a box should come up. Here you'll want to check the batter count to make sure it is correct.
The batter count refers to the number of batters that have FINISHED their at bat when this player advanced a base. So if the player advanced to 3rd base thanks to a hit by the 5th batter of the inning, the batter count should be 4.
After you’ve fixed any errors with the base comments, please click ok and that should fix the error for you.
ERROR (E29): Atbat row-8, column-4: Base 3 comment details has AtBat count of 9, but it appears this value should be no greater than 2
A base comment consists of two parts. The first part is the actual comment itself ( the jersey number of the player that hit the single, WP for wild pitch, etc). The second part is the information that places the comment in a specific point in the game.
This error is saying that for one reason or another, the comment is placed in the wrong part of the game. We will have to edit the base comment to fix this.
To do so, first find the at bat where the error occurred. For example, row 8, column 4 would be the 8 row down from the top and 4 columns to from the left.
The base 3 comment is the comment for when the player advances to 3rd base.
Please click on the base comment. A grey box should appear to the right of the comment. Click the grey box and a box should come up. Here you'll want to check the batter count to make sure it is correct.
The batter count refers to the number of batters that have FINISHED their at bat when this player advanced to 3rd base. So if the player advanced to 3rd base thanks to a hit by the 5th batter of the inning, the batter count should be 4.
After you've made the change, please click ok and that should fix the error for you.
ERROR(E32): Player in the 10 spot, but doesn't appear to be batting. Please move the player to the 11 spot. If only batting 9, the 10 spot should be blank.
INFO: Fatal error encountered. No more validation will be performed.
Solution:
If your pitcher is indeed not hitting in the game and you have them listed in the 10 spot, right click on them in the lineup and select cut. From here paste them into the 11 spot. Remember if your pitcher is not hitting to always skip one spot in the lineup.
ERROR saying the server failed to process your game despite not encountering errors in the game finalization wizard
This error occurs when a player has a mistaken playerID assigned to them by the program. To fix this, click on the earth icon at the top left corner of the application. It should be between the # symbol and the “P” of player above the batting order. Scroll throw the popup until you find a player name. Then find the player in the lineup and click on his name. Select another random player to replace him. Then click on that random player and select the correct player again. Then you can finalize the game again.
